Great first game back on an uncomfortable day due to heat the girls put in a massive performance, Great energy and effort.
We went one Nil up after 15 minutes with a delightful through Ball from Lola Whymant into the stride of Heidi Cooper who calmly finished to gain her first goal of the season. Then the second came just minutes into the second half pretty much identical to the first goal with again Lola slotting the ball through to Heidi for another calm finish Kitty was hoping for her first clean sheet of the season however a misunderstanding at the back led Market Harborough to pull one back.
Final Score – 2-1 to oadby and wigston with Heidi Cooper 2 goals and Lola Whymant with 2 assists
